About (Haq)

(Haq) — حق — means "right" in Arabic. We built (Haq) because we believe every worker in Kuwait deserves to understand their legal rights, regardless of what language they speak.

Our Mission

Kuwait is home to over 1.5 million migrant workers who power the country's economy. Many face workplace challenges — unpaid wages, contract violations, unsafe conditions — but struggle to navigate the legal system due to language barriers and lack of accessible information.

(Haq) bridges that gap. Using AI technology, we make Kuwait's labor laws accessible in English, Arabic, Hindi, and Tagalog. We help workers understand their rights and generate formal complaint documents based on officially published laws and regulations.

What We Are

(Haq) is an AI-powered information tool. We are not lawyers, and we do not provide legal advice. All information in (Haq) is based on publicly available Kuwait laws including Labour Law No. 6/2010, Law 68/2015 for domestic workers, and official publications from the Public Authority for Manpower (manpower.gov.kw).

Who We Are

(Haq) is an independent project built and funded by a small team in Kuwait. We are not affiliated with any government entity.
