No. (Haq) is not a lawyer. It is an AI-powered tool that helps you understand Kuwait labor law and generate complaint templates. All information is based on officially published laws and regulations, including Kuwait Labour Law No. 6/2010 and official sources from the Public Authority for Manpower (manpower.gov.kw). It is not a substitute for professional legal advice. For complex cases, we recommend consulting a licensed lawyer in Kuwait.

Yes. We take your privacy seriously. Your conversations are not shared with anyone. Personal information you enter in complaint templates is only used to generate your document and is not stored permanently. We use secure, encrypted connections for all data.

(Haq) supports English, Arabic (العربية), Hindi (हिन्दी), and Tagalog (Filipino). All languages are available to both free and paid users. The AI chat responds in whatever language you write in.

(Haq) helps you generate the complaint document, but you must file it yourself. For private sector workers, take your completed Arabic complaint to the Public Authority for Manpower (PAM) — الهيئة العامة للقوى العاملة — which handles all labor complaints in Kuwait. You can also file online through PAM's e-services portal at manpower.gov.kw. Some PAM services may also be accessible through the Sahel app (سهل). The complaint template generated by (Haq) includes the correct department and address for your specific issue.

No. Your employer has no access to (Haq). Your chats and generated documents are private to your account. However, please be mindful of using your personal device and network for privacy.

(Haq) currently supports 8 types of complaints: Passport Confiscation, Unpaid Wages, Wrongful Termination, Unpaid Overtime, Workplace Safety Violations, Contract Violations, End of Service Benefits, and Annual Leave Denial — and more coming soon.

You can browse the landing page and pricing information without an account. To use the AI chat or generate complaint templates, you'll need to create a free account with your email or sign in with Google.

Yes. Under Article 144 of Kuwait Labour Law No. 6/2010, you have ONE YEAR from the date your employment contract ends to file a labor claim. After one year, your claim will not be heard by the court. Do not delay — if you have a workplace issue, file your complaint with the Public Authority for Manpower (PAM) as soon as possible.

After you file your complaint with the Public Authority for Manpower (PAM), PAM will attempt to settle the dispute between you and your employer within approximately two weeks. If an agreement is reached, the matter is resolved. If settlement fails, PAM will refer your case to the Court of First Instance within one month. You do not need to file at court yourself — PAM handles the referral. Labor cases are treated as urgent by the court. All court fees for workers' claims are waived (Article 144).
