You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your account with others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree to: use (Haq) only for lawful purposes, provide accurate information in complaint templates, not attempt to abuse or overload our systems, and not use the service to harass or harm others.

Free tier: 5 AI messages per day, 2 complaint templates, all languages.

Basic tier: Unlimited messages (fair usage policy), 8 complaint templates, chat history. Pricing is displayed on our pricing page.

Payment processing is currently not available. When payment is enabled, subscription terms will be updated here.

The AI chat provides general information about Kuwait labor law. Responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors. You should verify important information independently. AI responses do not constitute legal advice.

Templates are generated based on the information you provide. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of the generated documents before filing them. (Haq) is not responsible for the outcome of any complaint filed using our templates.

(Haq) is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to: errors in AI responses, inaccuracies in generated documents, the outcome of any legal complaint, or loss of data.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. The 'Last updated' date at the top will reflect when changes were made.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
