When you create an account, we collect your email address and password (stored securely as a hash). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google. We do not access any other Google account data.

When you use the AI chat feature, your messages are processed by our AI system to provide responses. For Basic tier users, chat conversations are stored on our servers so you can access your chat history. For Free tier users, chat messages are not stored on our servers after your session ends.

When you use complaint templates, the information you enter (names, civil ID, employer details) is used only to generate your complaint document. This information is processed in your browser and is not stored on our servers. The generated documents are downloaded directly to your device.

When you submit feedback through our Help page, your name, email, and message are sent to our support email.

We use your information to: provide and maintain our service, allow you to access your account, store chat history for Basic tier users, respond to your feedback and support requests, and improve our service.

We do not sell your data to anyone. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your personal information with third parties except as required by law.

Your account data is stored securely on Supabase servers with encryption. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

We use the following third-party services: Supabase (authentication and data storage), Anthropic Claude AI (chat responses — your messages are sent to their API for processing), Google OAuth (if you choose to sign in with Google), and Web3Forms (feedback form submission).

Each of these services has their own privacy policies.

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at support@haq.work. You can stop using the service at any time.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. The 'Last updated' date at the top will reflect when changes were made.
